My Mission
My Mission is to simply provide accessible leadership training in small bytes, allow people to have options to self-learn, give people ways to better themselves career wise to focus on the larger picture, and mentor people into developing their own personal style and brand. I do this by sharing personal stories, anecdotes, advice, and creating specialized training and specific programs that are developed by you and I, for you to grow from. Nothing cookie cutter here. All 100% personal.

New Years Resolutions
Don’t make resolutions you’re not fully sold into. Don’t make resolutions, writing them is only half the battle, you must follow through. Plan for yourself – whether it be personal or professional – and hold yourself accountable. Write down what you hope to achieve, create milestones or a pathway to get there. Use post it notes, or a calendar, daily reminders, weekly checklists, whatever it is you need to maintain focus. Execute. EXECUTE. E X E C U T E! ! Fall behind? That’s okay – pick up the next day and keep going. It’s hard work, but goals aren’t achieved if you don’t work at it

Fuel your soul. Fuel your body. Today eat your favourite snack or foot bite. Today fill your soul with something that is just for you – make a note of it, don’t tell anyone.
Brand New You
Write out your personal brand. One paragraph about yourself. Include 3 adjectives that really showcase this brand identity. Write 3 things you NEED to stop doing – right now! (talking negatively about yourself, stop procrastinating, etc.) Post your 3 adjectives within sight of your day – make sure you look at these 3 adjectives everyday, as the month and year progresses – these might change, that’s okay. But make sure you see it. Keep it in sight for you to keep going towards.
